How to Enter and Delete Trailers & Shipping IDs

A reminder that your shipping ID and trailer name on your daily log must be the loads you pulled that day or are still pulling in that 24-hour period.

In order to add or remove any older shipping IDs and trailer names that no longer apply to your current 24-hour log, please follow this guide so you are not in violation.

Go to the main dashboard screen (or landing page) and open the box for your vehicle, trailer, and shipping IDs. Add your trailer and shipping ID assignments here. You will also need to keep this up-to-date with the correct information. Simply hit the "X" to the right of the number to delete any older trailers and shipping IDs not being used.

Click on HoS (Hours of Service).

Under the blue circles that show your available hours, click on "Log."

Under "Forms," you will see "Trailer." Open that and make your edits to show only trailers pulled for that day. Use the backspace button to get rid of old trailer numbers. When finished, click "Save."

Under "Forms," you will also see "Shipping IDs." Open that and make your edits to show only shipping IDs used for that day. Use the backspace button to get rid of old shipping IDs. When finished, click "Save."
