* Solo Drivers: Starting Pay 88 cents per mile

• Annual Pay increase of 01cent per mile (NO CAP)
• Guaranteed fuel surcharge (Paid on all loaded and empty miles)

• Guaranteed Detention Time paid $25.00 per hr after 2hrs 
• Pick and Drop Pay ($25.00 other than first & last)
• Extra Pay for Pad Wrap (Flat rate per load of $100)
