* Solo Drivers: Starting Pay:

• 2 years experience - $.36/per mile

• 3 years experience - $.37/per mile

• 4 years experience - $.38/per mile

• 5+ years experience - $.39/per mile

• Fuel Incentive Bonus

• Driver Referral Bonus
• Violation-Free Inspection Bonus
• Guaranteed Detention Time paid $15.00 per hr after 2hrs 
• Pick and Drop Pay ($15.00 other than first & last)
• Extra Pay for Pad Wrap (Flat rate per load of $100)
