* Solo Drivers: Starting Pay 40 cents per mile                               

• Annual Pay increase of 01cent per mile (NO CAP)
• Monthly Incentive Bonus of 01 cent per mile for running 12,000 miles.

• Guaranteed Detention Time paid $15.00 per hr after 4hrs
